Best Burn Ever

Truly one of the best candles I have ever used. Most of the candles I buy are quite comparable in price; some more expensive. However soot build up, uneven burning, and wick buildup are all very consistent issues with candles I buy: until Calyan. Bought this Home + Holiday candle at Whole Foods last month and have been absolutely loving it. The burn is insanely even, there’s no soot buildup, and it smells divine. Seriously so impressed and would recommend to anyone who loves candles.

In a former life I sold candles through direct sales. I never thought I would find a line of candles I loved more than the ones I sold, but these candles have won me over! Buy even better than the quality of their candles is the quality of their customer service. I received an email apologizing for a delay in delivery following record Black Friday sales. I was not expecting a speedy delivery so I was not surprised to learn there would be a delay. I was surprised that this company was thoughtful enough to write and explain and apologize. I was so impressed that I recommended these candles to someone I saw shopping for candles at a retail store. And I will continue to recommend this company! These candles smell AMAZING!!! Sure, it’s difficult to purchase candles online, but trust me— these smell fabulous!!! I bought several as gifts, and EVERYONE loves them! Only kept one for myself, so I’m definitely reordering soon!
Customer service is also TOP NOTCH!!!
One of my candles arrived broken, and they rushed me a replacement so I’d have it in time for Christmas gifting!
The fact that a portion of my proceeds goes to a precious worthy cause is the “icing on the cake!”
I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this company!!!

My candle arrived shattered. I called the company and I did not even receive a call back.
It does smell good but I can’t give broken glass as a gift.

Let me begin by saying I buy candles ALLL of the time. I have at least three burning at once. I initially discovered calyan candles in Whole Foods and loved the one that I bought so much that I had to find them online…FFWD a week later when I received my pkg and was so surprised to learn of the incredible mission that calyan is on-bringing attention to the most Egregious of atrocities that our world has ever known-human trafficking. I am so thrilled to purchase the MOST AMAZING candles with the best scents, that are clean burning as well as long lasting! Pair that with an incredible mission makes me a customer for life!!
Oh, the candles also came packed really well:))
