SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. However, please allow for additional processing days during our busy Holiday Season.

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order subtotal is over $100. We offer weight-based shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Once picked up and scanned by our UPS or USPS carrier, domestic orders shipped within the U.S. may take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on location. Please allow for additional shipping transit days during the holiday season due to the rise in carrier workload.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email or text as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created. 

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If the wrong shipping address is included on your order and your order leaves our candle shop, we cannot replace your order and you will have to place your order again.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control and unfortunately final delivery is out of our hands. If your order is missing or stolen, reach out to us at info@calyanwaxco.com

If your order arrives broken, please send your order number along with a picture of the broken products to info@calyanwaxco.com 

 

RETURN POLICY

For as long as your candle has wax in it, we back it up with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your Calyan product, please reach out to us at info@calyanwaxco.com.

All returns must be processed within 90 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your Calyan order number, order confirmation email, order confirmation text, etc).

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.

Please return your items back to the Calyan Wax Co. Candle Shop in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.

Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.

Exceptions: we do not accept returns or offer refunds on discounted or sale items, including products purchased during a promotion, gift cards, or third party products.

 

REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

If at any point in the first 30 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund or exchange—as long as they still have wax in them. Simply contact us and someone from our team will be happy to help you process that request. Your full refund will be sent back to the card you used for your order. 

Looking to exchange your candles for a different size or scent? We are happy to help. You will have to place another order for the candles you would like. Then we will work with you to get your first candles back to us and give you your refund for those candles. Send us an email at info@calyanwaxco.com for any returns or exchanges.
